Chrome Ball

Yesterday 20th July Matt hit is 18th birthday, after not fully embracing him yesterday I took the walk up the road to his house to see what he had to say about the occasion. First thing he had to show me was his 'Chrome Ball' Nike SB dunk lows. A birthday investment.

Matt's always been a 'fat tongue' admirer and hasn't been too keen on the recent 'thin tongue', until now with the return of the much loved 'fat tongue' on the 'Chrome Ball' low. Me personally I'm still undecided after owning pairs with both 'thin' and 'fat' tongues.

Another reason in going for the 'Chrome Ball' low was the colour way, Matt's got the same view of many SB fans in that the colour way's haven't been as strong or meaningful of previous years. This one was a stand out for him and so yesterday with his birthday cash it was a straight up cop.

Attention to detail I'd say is a priority of Nike SB, they've recently been making slight changes to their collections, from the design of the shoe down to the labels. Expect to see a new sole over the coming months on the dunks.

A long over due conversation with Matt is what was needed today, a catch up on what's been going down with each other and opinions on recent events in and outside of Greasy.

A good day.
